We’re so excited to welcome Polly to our team this summer! She’s an amazing Brand & Web Designer who loves designing warm, bohemian brands and websites for businesses that do good. Read on to find out more about Polly and her incredible work below!

What’s your favorite thing about working as a brand and web designer?
Being able to work with amazing humans every day and bring their visions to life. I love that I get to tell each brand’s unique story through design and create an experience for their customers, not just a logo.

What do you love about working with wedding professionals?
I love love. I’m obsessed. I’m the kind of gal who used to sit in bed till 3am watching sappy rom-com’s dreaming about the day I met ‘the one’. There is so much joy and love that surrounds weddings, so getting to work with people that are in the industry is a dream and is so much fun.

Where are you based?
The beautiful beach town of Mount Maunganui, New Zealand

What’s your Enneagram number?
I’m a type three wing two. I took the test just now and it was scarily accurate! I’ve heard so much about enneagram’s but had never looked into it that deeply. It’s so interesting looking inward and discovering how your personality type affects your everyday life and decision-making.

What’s your favorite drink?
We talking drink…or drank? My favourite ‘drink’ would have to be a tropical fruit smoothie (mangos and pineapples are my absolute fave) and my favourite ‘drank’ is a Spice rum and coke with a squeeze of lime.

What’s your favorite book?
This may sound bad but my favourite books are war + crime-related aha! I find them so fascinating. I love reading about historical events, especially non-fiction, so I can really put myself in the person’s shoes. My all-time favourite book would have to be The Tattooist of Auschwitz. It was so raw and powerful, the story still resonates with me years later.

Favorite TV show?
One of my favourite TV Shows is Friday Night Lights. It’s about this American Football team in Texas and it’s just soo soo good. I’ve watched it 3 times. Also Gilmore Girls, if you know you know. I could watch that on repeat forever.

What’s your favorite place to travel?
My favourite place that I have travelled has to be Krakow, Poland. We went in the winter time and it was just stunning. By far one of the most beautiful and quirky places I have ever visited. Somewhere I really want to visit is Hawaii. I’ve never been and I would just love to live there for a few months just surfing, sipping smoothies, working at cute cafes and living that beach life.

What’s your favorite food?
Hmmm this is tough because I love all food. For breakfast, I’d definitely say smashed avocado and poached eggs. Dinner wise, I LOVE Japanese food. Dumplings, Noodles, Katsu curry. Gah so delish.

How do you spend your time, when you’re not working?
Being active: Dancing, surfing, pilates, hiking, biking – all the things! Spending time with friends making good food. I love to cook and entertain, food is the way to my heart for sure haha. Learning new skills. I love challenging myself to learn new things. I’m currently learning Spanish, the guitar and taking classes in illustration.

Is there anything else fun that you want to share?
Oooh that’s hard. Here are 5 random facts about me:
